Shipping Policy

*No refunds or exchanges allowed, all sales are final.

Please allow 2-3 business days to process orders.

*Tsurikawas are made to order and take roughly 2-4 weeks to make before your order is ready to ship, as the product needs time to fully cure (We ship Quality not Quantity)

*Tsurikawas are half shipped to allow for highest quality natural clear shine
​
*Interior use recommended, Placing tsurikawas in vehicles exterior can lead to damage of your product.
Just a reminder, orders will take 2-7 business days to deliver from when it is shipped out not necessarily when it is placed.

All delivery/ shipping times are quoted in business days and are estimates only. Holidays, unforeseen events, sale periods, etc are all factors that can have delivery times to change.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advise to please make sure your address is fully entered correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. DMGD is not responsible for reaching out to the customer, nor pay the additional charges to re-ship the package.
If your package does not successfully deliver and is sent back to DMGD, it is typically due to insufficient address information. Your package will be returned and “Returned to Sender” will be stated on your tracking information. This can happen if:
- The shipping address does not exist
- The shipping address is misspelled
- The shipping address is missing information (i.e. apt/bldg/suite number)
- The carrier is unable to safely deliver the package
- The addressee has moved
- The addressee has refused the package
DMGD and USPS or other shipping carriers are NOT responsible for incorrect addresses inputted by the customers. If shipping address info is incorrect/invalid DMGD will be in contact to address the correction, if no response is given the customer has up to 60 days to reach out before item is voided without refund. If customer's package ends up getting sent back, the customer will need to cover the additional shipping fee for DMGD to re-ship the package.
DMGD is NOT responsible for reaching out to the customer, nor pay the additional charges to re-ship the package.

*Pulling on tsurikawa can cause fabric material to stretch and come apart overtime please use with caution
*When clipping and uncliping Tsurikawa use button pins. Do Not Directly Pull From Oni Demon Charm.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please email dmgd.jp@gmail.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

DMGD is not responsible for damage(s) done to any of our products by a customer who did not properly read the care label located on our sites handling section.
If order meets the required guidelines, store credit or exchange may be issued.
